The training session will include cardio, strength and if the weather allows balls.
What you should do:
* Bring two colors of T-shirts, one black and one other color.
* Bring running shoes.
* Bring hand sanitizer for yourself.
* OSA to the sessions you will participate atleast two days in advance (24h for the 13th of April). That will facilitate the planning for us.
We expect that you who participate in the trainings will:
* Follow the recommendations from the public health authority.
* Try to avoid public transportation.
* Keep distance to your friends and avoid physichal contact during the sessions.

* Materials for exercises.
* Specific exercises.
* Divide you into smaller groups every week for the sessions.
